The Artistry of Gum Paste and Sugar Flower Decoration
After learning all about Sugar Flowers and Sugar Art from the great Nicholas Lodge at the International Sugar Art Collection School.
I am passionate about sharing the beautiful and unique world of using sugar, gum paste and fondant as a media for creating art.
I am proud to be a Master Sugar Artist and share this beautiful art form.
Sugar Art provides beautifully crafted sugar flowers for cake decoration and keepsakes. Our sugar flowers are not only exquisite works of art, but also delicate and realistic. I take pride in each creation and strive to provide beautiful pieces. Whether you’re an experienced cake decorator or a beginner, our sugar flowers will elevate your cake designs to new heights.
Are they edible? Well technically yes, Satin Ice Gum paste is used for all gum paste creations.
Satin Ice Gum paste is non toxic, however I use wire and craft floral tape plus it goes quite hard
and has a very bland taste.
I don't recommend eating any of the sugar art.
